MPB Recognised in UK's Top 10 Women-Powered Companies

We are pleased to have been recognised as one of the UK’s Top 10 Women-Powered Companies by J.P. Morgan and Beauhurst in their annual celebration of businesses that champion women. This is fantastic recognition that highlights the importance of ensuring equal opportunities in business.
It is also testament to our culture that puts sustainability, including our commitment to diversity and inclusivity, at the heart of everything we do. As our recent Impact Report for FY24 shows, 50% of our Senior and 57% of our Executive management teams’ roles are occupied by women. We’re also incredibly proud to have achieved a median gender pay gap of 0%.
We look forward to continuing to deliver on our commitments to diversity and inclusion at MPB and, more broadly, within visual storytelling.
