An Error 20 indicates a malfunction in the camera's mechanical system, often related to the shutter or mirror mechanism. In order to get the camera back up working, the battery must be taken off and then put back in. As is the nature of these issues, this will only get worse with time. For this reason, this item is being sold for spares and repairs.
