The Metz 54 MZ-3 is a dedicated flash unit for Nikon cameras. It was a high-end flash in its day, and it is still capable of producing great results. It has a guide number of 54, which means that it can illuminate a subject that is 54 feet away at ISO 100. It also has a zoom head that can be adjusted from 24mm to 105mm, and it supports Nikon's i-TTL flash metering system.
