Model Overview

The Metz M400 is a compact, mirrorless‑friendly flash built to complement m4/3 systems. Its motorised zoom covers 24–105 mm plus a built‑in wide‑angle diffuser. With a guide number of 40 (ISO 100), tilting/swivelling head, HSS, first/second curtain sync, and full TTL master/slave support, it’s versatile for both on‑ and off‑camera use. Firmware updates via USB and an integrated LED video‑light round out its practical features.
