It offers a vertical position shutter release button and on/off switch along with two command dials, an AF/AEL button, and a FUNC button. It can also hold two BP-61 lithium-ion batteries in addition to the one already stored in the camera, improving your shooting time by up to 300%. The grip also boasts a dust and splashproof design that keeps it working even in inclement weather.
