Modern Slavery Statement

1. Introduction

MPB is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our organisation and across our supply chains. This statement is made in accordance with section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps taken by MPB during the financial year ending 31 March 2026 (‘FY26’) to identify, assess and mitigate modern slavery and human trafficking risks in MPB’s operations and supply chains.

2. MPB’s organisational structure and its supply chains

MPB operates an online platform for buying and selling photography and videography equipment through its group companies, which includes its parent company MPB Group Limited and its three regional subsidiaries: MPB Europe Limited (UK), MPB US Inc. (US), and MPB GmbH (DE), collectively ‘MPB’. MPB’s operations are carried out by its employees and workers, alongside external third-party suppliers who provide goods or services to MPB or to the relevant MPB entity.

We recognise the importance of oversight of our supply chains and conduct additional due diligence in relation to goods and services in areas which present a higher risk of modern slavery.

3. Policies

Our MPB values, ‘better connected’, 'passionately ambitious', 'agents of change', 'empowering and empowered', 'focused on excellence', and 'insight driven', define us as an organisation, guide how we treat staff, suppliers and customers and are the pillars of our culture at MPB. They embody everything that we do at MPB and how we conduct our business.

MPB has adopted a modern slavery policy which communicates the requirements for MPB’s compliance with modern slavery legislation, and this has been communicated to all staff. It has also updated its procurement policy and supplier code of conduct.

MPB staff must follow these policies and are able to escalate concerns through various reporting routes.

4. Assessment and management of risks

MPB has carried out its annual modern slavery risk assessment, and identified areas where the goods/services it obtains present a higher risk of modern slavery occurring.

Our potential higher-risk areas include cleaning and facilities services, food and agriculture supply chains, recycling, returns and waste management, and promotional and marketing merchandise production.

5. Due diligence

To mitigate these risks, MPB staff responsible for purchasing goods and services in these higher-risk areas for use by MPB must assess suppliers before entering into contracts, verify the presence of modern-slavery policies and statements, check for adverse media or enforcement actions against suppliers, and embed our supplier code of conduct in contracts with suppliers.

6. Training on modern slavery and human trafficking

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, all MPB staff with procurement and/or supplier-management responsibilities are given training on the subject and made aware of our policies and procedures.

7. Monitoring and evaluation

Vendor risk assessment, most recently completed in FY26, has shown that MPB has limited exposure to the risks of modern slavery in its supply chains.

In connection with continuous improvement goals, the introduction of a more sophisticated contract management system will give greater insight into contractual arrangements in relation to modern slavery.

Responsibility for this statement and its objectives rests with MPB Group Limited’s board of directors, supported by MPB’s team to work on modern slavery issues, comprising individuals from Marketing (Sustainability), Legal, Operations, Facilities and the People Team.

This statement was approved by the Board.
