The Photo and Video Kit Hall of Fame honors the exceptional kit that sets the standard and helps revolutionize the industry. We are proud to host and organize The Photo and Video Kit Hall of Fame—and celebrating the life and legacy of kit is an important part of our mission.
On Saturday, 20th August, 4–7pm at Brooklyn Photo Studios, MPB will partner with Pursuit of Portraits to celebrate the Class of 2022 and World Photography Day.
Test-drive kit from each category and capture portraits of five styled guest models in an immersive space. This is the perfect opportunity for photographers, enthusiasts, models and content creators to connect, collaborate and network.

Classic: Fujifilm X-T2
In 2022, more people than ever before voted in the Classic category—and they voted to induct this camera, Fujifilm X-T2.
Trendsetter: Leica Q2
In the vote to decide the Class of 2022, the Leica was a clear favourite—gaining 7% of the total number of votes from the public.
Road Tested: Nikon Z7
In 2022, voting to decide the nominee in the Road Tested category was so close, with the Nikon Z7 gaining just 29% of the votes within its category.
Game Changer: DJI Mavic 3
In the Game Changer category in 2022, it was so close between first and second place, with just a thousand votes’ difference in favour of the DJI Mavic 3 drone.
Iconic: Fujifilm X100
In the 2022 vote to decide the inductee for the Iconic category, this camera gained more votes than all the other Iconic nominees combined.
