Model Overview

A fast, L-series portrait prime with a flattering focal length and bright f/1.4 aperture for low-light shooting and smooth background blur. Fast, quiet autofocus makes it ideal for photo and video alike. Weather-sealed for reliability in the field. Important: The Voice Coil Motor (VCM) in VCM lenses emits a low-level magnetic field. While generally safe to use, we advise consulting your doctor if you have a pacemaker or any other medical device to address any concerns.
