The 23 mm f/1.7 HyperPrime is a compact, fast wide-angle lens offering roughly a 35 mm equivalent field of view on APS-C Sony E cameras. Its generous f/1.7 maximum aperture and close minimum focus distance (≈ 0.15 m) make it well suited to low-light, street, documentary and everyday photography — or video work where manual control matters.
