Kat Mitchell is the co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer of MPB. In addition to driving KPIs across the business, Kat is responsible for harnessing the power of our data, including cohort analysis, unit economics and customer behaviour, to deliver sustained revenue growth.
Leading the MPB Purchasing, Pricing and Data functions, Kat brings data excellence to bear alongside incredible industry knowledge to ensure accurate pricing across all markets, and making kit more accessible to visual storytellers.
Kat has held key roles in Finance, Operations and Strategy at MPB, serving on the leadership team that has delivered exceptional year-over-year growth and successfully raised capital to accelerate our global expansion from bank funding through to Series D.
As Chief Marketing Officer for MPB, Sophie Collins leads full-funnel integrated marketing efforts globally that include media strategy and investment, branded experience, product marketing, personalisation, content, data and analytics and loyalty.
Before joining MPB, Sophie had more than 15 years of experience in performance and digital marketing that spanned key agency and in-house roles across a range of objectives including revenue, user growth, and brand value. Sophie has worked for a wide range of brands including Apple, Sony, Kodak, IBM, American Express, British Airways and DAZN.
As a dedicated amateur photographer, having studied at the International Center of Photography in New York, Sophie is proud to bring her passion for photography together with her passion for purpose-driven marketing.
As Chief Technology Officer for MPB, Sophie Davies-Patrick defines strategy and leads agile product development. Sophie has two decades of experience leveraging technology to produce results for businesses that range from high-growth startups to Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to joining MPB, Sophie spent five years on the leadership team of American Express, overseeing engineering teams as well as the delivery of agile transformation within two major company platforms. Sophie has also held key engineering, project management and leadership roles at Clearleft, Yahoo! and the British Airports Authority.
Sophie has a strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams and a real passion for change management. Her hands-on experience with full-stack technologies has informed her ability to execute the implementation of results-driven technology solutions across end-to-end applications, infrastructure and end-user platforms.
Focused on solving customer problems in a way that delivers business value, Becci Edmondson is Chief Product Officer at MPB. As a creative problem-solver, Becci leads her team in designing beautiful solutions based on research, data and human-centred design principles. Before her promotion to the executive team in 2022, Becci was MPB’s Head of Product. Becci played a pivotal role in guiding the direction of MPB’s product development, establishing a growing and highly impactful product function, and ensuring the successful launch of the upgraded MPB platform.
A highly driven professional, Becci has an excellent overall understanding of business needs, from operations through to marketing. Becci co-heads MPB’s Product and Engineering team alongside Sophie Davies-Patrick.
Scott Ryan is Chief Financial Officer at MPB, with more than 15 years of experience driving growth through finance and operational leadership for e-commerce, marketplace and digital media companies. Since joining MPB, Scott has scaled the finance function, served as a key architect in MPB’s global expansion and delivered remarkable year-over-year growth.
With a passion for entrepreneurial environments and a ‘hands-on’ approach, Scott has experience leading major business change projects including restructuring, process re-engineering, ERP implementation, cost rationalisation, cash flow optimisation and turnaround to drive growth and profitability in a variety of roles.
Scott has a track record of building and leading first-class operational teams, as well as establishing compliant financial processes, risk management, governance and accountability on an organisation-wide basis.
As Chief Operating Officer of MPB, Frank Sullivan works closely with the CEO and executive team of MPB to drive excellence, efficiency and growth across global operations and facilities in the US, UK and Germany.
Frank has held several key roles at MPB and developed expertise in operations management, process design and logistics. He has a huge passion for recommerce and the circular economy.
As a former professional photographer, Frank is proud that MPB is committed to making photo and video kit more accessible and affordable, and helping the industry become more sustainable.
