One Tree Planted and MPB plant 25,000 trees

In November 2021, MPB joined forces with onetreeplanted.org to plant 25,000 trees in areas around the globe where there has been deforestation. MPB planted one tree every time a customer bought, sold or traded in used kit.

Why trees?

Planting trees is one of the best ways to combat the damaging effects of climate change. Trees help clean the air we breathe, filter the water we drink and provide habitat to over 80 per cent of the world’s terrestrial biodiversity. Trees also provide tremendous social impacts by providing jobs to over 1.6 billion people and supporting communities devastated by environmental damage.

In 2020, MPB contributed donations to efforts in Peru, the US National Forest and Spain, and in 2021 the MPB community helped make changes in deforested areas of Iceland, Scotland and Romania.

onetreeplanted.org is a nonprofit organization dedicated to global reforestation. By planting trees, they contribute to restoring nature and biodiversity. They also raise awareness about the importance of trees, offer companies like ours a simple sustainability solution, and motivate younger generations to do something positive for the environment.
