    Beautiful Bizarre Sweepstakes September 2025 Competition Terms

    1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.  The sponsor of this random draw competition ("Competition") is MPB US INC (MPB, we, us and our). We are a Delaware corporation registered in the United States. Our registered company address is 2711 Centerville Road, Suite 400, Wilmington, DE 19808. 

    2. By entering the Competition, you will be deemed to accept these terms, together with all entry instructions, which form part of these terms.

    3. The Competition is open to anyone at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence.  You must be a United States legal resident currently residing in the United States. You must provide us with your real name and a valid email address. Only one entry per person is allowed. Officers, employees, agents and contractors of MPB, anyone professionally associated with this Competition, and members of the respective families of any of the foregoing are not eligible to participate in the Competition. 

    4. This Competition begins at 12:00 AM United States Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 26, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on October 10, 2025 (the “Competition Period”).  MPB’s computer is the official time-keeping device. All entries must be submitted and received during the Competition Period.  We do not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the internet. Odds of winning depend on the number, and in the case of skill-based competitions, the skill associated with, entries submitted during the Competition Period. The winner(s) will be notified by email within approximately five days of the closing date.

    5. There will be a total of 1 prize and 1 winners (collectively, the “Winner”). The prize is $500 off a single purchase at mpb.com/en-us (collectively, the "Prize"). The voucher expires on January 13, 2026.

    6. Random Draw Competitions

    (i) To be eligible for a potential Prize, participants must during the Competition Period: (i) complete the survey sent via MPB and opt-in to be entered in to the draw; ; or (ii) send a postcard with your name, address, cell phone number and “Enter Me in the Beautiful Bizarre Sweepstakes September 2025” written on the postcard to 167 41st St Suite 20-5-BE, Brooklyn, NY 11232.

    (ii) Winner will be selected by random drawing.

    7. MPB will notify potential winner by email or other contact information associated with the potential winner’s entry, and/or by other means provided within the submitted information within approximately five days following the completion of the Competition Period.  MPB is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email accounts, technical difficulties associated therewith, or winner’s failure to adequately monitor any account.  Potential winner must then respond to MPB within ten days.  Should a potential winner fail to respond to MPB, MPB reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select a new one but is not required to do so.  Potential winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and a publicity release.  By entering or accepting any prize, winner allows MPB to use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, prize information, and biographical information for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation where permitted by law. Except where prohibited, participation constitutes participant’s consent to MPB’s use of participant’s name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

    8. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who cheats or who we believe tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process for, or the operation of, the Competition, or whose conduct is in breach of these terms, contrary to the spirit of these terms or the intention of the Competition, or might, in our reasonable opinion, bring us, any of our affiliates or any of our or their respective brands into disrepute.

    9. Prizes are non-transferable.

    10. The Prize is provided on an 'as is' basis and is non-negotiable. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part for the Prize. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to award an alternative Prize (which may consist of one or more items) of equal or greater value.

    11. We reserve the right not to award the Prize or to seek the return of the Prize awarded in the event that the Winner is not entitled to receive it in accordance with applicable law (even though you are solely responsible for ensuring that you are entitled to receive the Prize if you win) or if we have cause to disqualify the winner for any reason.

    12. The Winner is solely responsible for the payment of any applicable tax in relation to the Prize and for any costs associated with the Prize or its use, including without limitation the cost of complying with any requirements of applicable law.

    13. Our offering of a particular Prize implies no affiliation on our part with or sponsorship or endorsement of the relevant third-party manufacturer, supplier, provider or organiser.

    14. Where, in relation to the Prize, we make use of any third-party name or trademark, these are proprietary to the relevant third party. No license, affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement is claimed or should be inferred from the use of these names or trademarks or the use of any photograph of the Prize. Any photograph used to promote the Prize is for illustrative purposes only and the actual Prize may differ from the item shown in the photograph, including without limitation as to make, model, specification, colour, finish, packaging and other features.

    15. Each participating entrant hereby warrants that any entry and other materials and information provided by entrant are original and do not violate or infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity, moral rights or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity, and do not violate any rules or regulations. If the entry or information or materials provided by entrant contain any material or elements that are not owned by entrant and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties, entrant represents he or she has obtained, prior to submission of the entry and information or materials, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit our use and exploitation of the entry and information and materials in the manner set forth in these terms without additional compensation.

    16. The winner is solely responsible for all use made of the Prize. Except as expressly provided in these terms, no representations, warranties, conditions or other terms are made, given or accepted by us and no other terms shall apply, as between us and any person, in relation to the Prize, including without limitation any terms as to suitably, reliability, satisfactory quality or fitness for purpose, or any other implied terms, all of which we exclude to the maximum extent permitted by law.

    17. The Winner may be required to take part in some promotional activity, such as publicity photographs, as a condition of receiving the Prize. 

    18. The Winner's name (and, if relevant, business) will be posted on our website(s), and social media channels and referenced in our promotional emails and literature. If you submit any audio or visual media or text as part of an entry to the Competition, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable license to use the same for our business purposes.

    19. By participating in the Competition, you agree that, if you win, you will cooperate in all advertising, marketing and publicity material and activities we may, at our expense, produce or arrange and you will sign, if requested, an irrevocable release form allowing us, without any compensation being payable, to use your name, photograph, likeness, details of the city where you live, any comments made by or attributed to you, and to incorporate any such information in and any audio/visual recording or broadcast for such promotional purposes, in any media, throughout the world.

    20. By participating in the Competition, each participant is providing us with his/her personal data. We will only process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy

    21. You agree that our decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the Competition.

    22. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to vary, amend or withdraw the Competition.

    23. Individuals may request the name of Winner by submitting a self-addressed stamped envelope prior to January 13, 2025 to MPB at MPB at 147 41st St Suite 20-5-BE, Brooklyn, NY 11232.  Vermont residents may omit postage.

    24. Governing Law and Disputes. THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE COMPETITION ARE GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK AND THE UNITED STATES AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL BE IN THE COUNTY OF NEW YORK COUNTY, NEW YORK. IF THE CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION, IT SHALL THEN BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY JUDICIAL ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION SERVICES, INC., IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS STREAMLINED ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES OR SUBSEQUENT VERSIONS THEREOF (“JAMS RULES”). THE JAMS RULES FOR SELECTION OF AN ARBITRATOR SHALL BE FOLLOWED, EXCEPT THAT THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE EXPERIENCED AND LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN NEW YORK. ANY SUCH CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM WILL BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND WILL NOT BE CONSOLIDATED IN ANY ARBITRATION WITH ANY CLAIM OR CONTROVERSY OF ANY OTHER PARTY. ALL PROCEEDINGS BROUGHT PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH WILL BE CONDUCTED IN THE COUNTY OF NEW YORK, NEW YORK, UNITED STATES.  THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF.

    25. Disclaimer, Release and Limit of Liability.  MPB MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ANY PRIZE OR YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION.  BY PARTICIPATING IN THE COMPETITION OR RECEIPT OF ANY PRIZE, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS MPB AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, DISTRIBUTORS, ADVERTISING/COMPETITION AGENCIES, AND PRIZE SUPPLIERS, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES AND EACH SUCH COMPANY’S OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF PROPERTY, ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION OR RECEIPT OR USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE.  THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:  (1) ANY INCORRECT OR INACCURATE INFORMATION, WHETHER CAUSED BY PARTICIPANTS, PRINTING ERRORS OR BY ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT OR PROGRAMMING ASSOCIATED WITH OR UTILIZED IN THE COMPETITION; (2) TECHNICAL FAILURES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO MALFUNCTIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, OR DISCONNECTIONS IN PHONE LINES OR NETWORK HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE; (3) UNAUTHORIZED HUMAN INTERVENTION IN ANY PART OF THE COMPETITION; (4) TECHNICAL OR HUMAN ERROR WHICH MAY OCCUR IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE COMPETITION; OR (5) ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY WHICH MAY BE CAUSED, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, FROM PARTICIPANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION OR RECEIPT OR USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE.  If for any reason a participant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, participant’s sole remedy is another entry in the competition, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the competition, or any part of it, for any reason, MPB, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all participants up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein.  No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In event that production, technical, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these terms and conditions to be available and/or claimed MPB reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.  MPB reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the competition at any time, with or without prior notice, including if the competition encounters any unexpected problems

    • By entering the Competition, you agree to accept these terms, together with all entry instructions, which form part of these terms.

    • The Competition is open to MPB customers who are legal residents of the United States, at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state. Only one entry per person is allowed. Officers, employees, agents, and contractors of MPB, anyone professionally associated with this Competition, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

    • Prize Details:

      • The prize consists of two (2) gift cards, each worth €100 / £100 / $100, depending on the winner's market.

      • Two (2) Winners will be selected across all participating markets (EU, UK, and US combined).

      • US residents will receive a $100 gift card.

      • The voucher will be issued through a third-party provider selected by MPB.

      • The exact provider and redemption instructions will be communicated to the Winners. 

      • The gift card may be subject to additional terms & conditions set by the third-party provider.

    • Competition Period:

      • Opening Date: Tuesday, September 9, 2025

      • Closing Date: 11:59 PM ET on Monday, September 14, 2025

      • Entries received after this deadline will not be considered.

    • Selection of Winners:

      • The two (2) Winners will be randomly selected from all valid survey participants across all participating markets.

      • Winners will be notified via email within five (5) days after the competition closes.

      • Potential winners must respond within ten (10) days of notification or they may be disqualified.

    • No transfer or cash substitution of prizes is permitted.

    • Taxes: The Winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes. MPB is not responsible for tax reporting or compliance.

    • MPB reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts against the spirit of the Competition.

    • MPB is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries due to technical issues.

    • Publicity Release: By entering, you agree that MPB may use your name, likeness, and survey responses for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

    • Governing Law & Disputes:

    • Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York County, NY.

    4.     Promo code terms and conditions

    Promotion codes are only valid for transactions placed online. Promotion codes are only valid on products as specified while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time. Only one promotion code can be used per transaction. Promotion codes are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion. Minimum transaction values may apply to promotion codes and be exclusive of postage and packing costs. They will be stated in the promotion-code-specific terms and conditions. Promotion codes may be valid for new customers only. This will be stated in the promotion-code-specific terms and conditions. New customer definition is anyone who has not previously bought, sold or obtained a quote from MPB. Promotion codes will be single use unless otherwise stated in the promotion-code-specific terms and conditions. Individual terms and conditions will state whether the promotion code is applicable to buy or sell transactions, or both. Promotion codes are a maximum of one code per user. Strictly excludes MPB staff, friends and family members. If circumstances beyond our control mean that the offer will not be valid, MPB may cancel the promotion or offer, or amend the offer without notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.

    Purchases from MPB

    Promotion codes will be applied to the highest value item on the transaction. Any item returned will be refunded at the discounted price actually paid. This does not affect your legal rights. In the event of a full or partial return, the refund may not exceed the cash amount paid on the purchase, less any shipping costs. In the event of product returns, refunds will be given for cash used in the original purchase once the discount is applied, less any shipping costs charged on the original order. Discount codes have a nominal value of £0.0001/€0.0001. The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items, if the offer is still valid at the time of making a return – you should place a new order using the original promotional code. In the event of any returns meaning that the order no longer qualifies for the promotion advertised, MPB reserves the right to deduct the value of the offer from the refund. Free delivery offers apply to UK & EU standard delivery only. In promotions where there is a free or half price item when purchasing multiple items, please note that the discount will be applied to the cheapest item.

    Sales to MPB

    Promotion codes will be applied to the highest value item on the transaction. Quote ‘boosts’ - additional promotional payment in the event of a sale of camera equipment to MPB - will be applied in the event that the transaction is completed within the promotion live date. Quote boosts will apply to the entire transaction and will only be applied if the final transaction value meets the minimum value of the promotion code required. MPB reserves the right to cancel the promotional code at any time.MPB reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

    Trades with MPB

    Promotion codes are only applicable to trades, which involve the sale of photo or video equipment to MPB in combination with the purchase of photo or video equipment from MPB, where the individual value of the sale meets the minimum transaction value specified in the promotion terms. MPB reserves the right to disallow the use of promotion codes for any trade that does not satisfy these conditions.
