A separate macro position on the zoom ring lets you focus down to just 0.38 m with a max reproduction ratio of 0.7x life size. Be prepared for split-second moments as you shoot with a fast, responsive Auto Focus in Ultra-Sonic Motor (USM) technology and the Image Stabilizer (IS) technology counteracts camera shake, with Hybrid IS for use in Macro Mode - detecting both angular and shift movements for even sharper results when up close.
