Model Overview

The grey MiniBee-111 UL Backpack from Kata with its ripstop construction is a formidable addition to the world of photo/video backpacks. Designed for a DSLR (without grip or booster) with up to a 70-200mm f/2.8 lens plus 3-5 extra lenses, flash and some accessories. Or it can handle a compact camcorder, charger and accessories. In addition, it will accommodate most 13" (33.0 cm) laptops, an ipad or a netbook.\nThe pack is divided in half with the bottom being for your gear while the top can be used for personals. If you remove the Center zippered partition, you can make the pack into one huge storage area. The MiniBee-111 also has multiple external pockets in which you can store small, quick access things like wallets, water, iphones and keys.\nThe pack comes with a strong Aluminum frame that also has a spine guard for added support. A tripod holder is secured with clips and a sling. For those moments when you get caught in a downpour, there's a handy rain fly that can be rapidly deployed for additional protection. A comfortable Gecko harness that moulds to your body and waist belt support the pack along with adjustable shoulder straps.
