Model Overview

The Sony Alpha A230 was a beginner-friendly DSLR released in 2009. It sported a 10.2 megapixel APS-C sensor and captured images at up to 7.5 frames per second. Equipped with a 9-point autofocus system and a 2.7-inch LCD screen, it offered decent performance for its time. While discontinued, the A230 can still be a good option for those looking for an entry-level DSLR to learn photography basics, especially if found used in good condition.
