1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The promoter of this prize draw competition ("Competition") is MPB Europe Limited (“MPB, we, us and our”). We are a limited company, registered in England. Our registered company number is 06510353, and our registered office is at 64 Ship Street, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 1AE. For the purposes of administering the Competition and fulfilling the Prize, references to “MPB” include the Promoter’s affiliates that support the administration of the Competition and/or issuance of the Prize.
2. There will be one (1) Prize winner (the “Winner”). The Winner will receive one (1) MPB voucher with a value of 500 in the currency of the Winner’s eligible country of residence (GBP 500, EUR 500 or USD 500, as applicable) (the “Prize”). The Prize expires on 24 August 2026, at 23:59 (UK time).
3. The Competition is open to anyone aged 18 and over at the time of entry and legal resident in one of the following countries only: the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Austria and the United States of America (the “Eligible Countries”). Entries from outside the Eligible Countries are void and ineligible. Only one (1) entry is allowed, per person. An entrant who attempts to submit more than one entry may be disqualified from the Competition. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. Officers, employees, agents and contractors of MPB, anyone professionally associated with this Competition, and members of the respective families of any of the foregoing are not eligible to participate in the Competition. Internet access and a valid email address are required to enter.
4. Follow the instructions described on the Promotion webpage on how to submit your entry. To enter, please fully complete the entry form and submit it (as specified on the form). The opening date for entry is 00:01 (UK time) on 26 March 2026 and the closing date is 23:59 (UK time) on 24 May 2026 (“Competition Period”). UK time means GMT or BST (as applicable). All entries must be submitted and received during the Competition Period. No purchase required. Entries received after this time and illegible entries will be discounted. We do not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries.
5. After the closing date, the Winner will be selected at random from the entrants, using a computer process that produces a verifiably random result. The draw will take place by 29 May 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries submitted during the Competition Period. MPB may also draw reserve entries to be used if an initial Winner is ineligible or fails to claim the Prize.
6. The Winner will be notified by email within 5 days of the draw. The Winner must respond and claim the Prize within 5 days of the notification email. MPB may require the Winner to provide proof of eligibility (including proof of age and residency in an Eligible Country). We will make all reasonable attempts to contact the Winner by email, but if a Winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or declines the Prize, MPB may award the Prize to a reserve drawn at the same time or re‑draw, or may withdraw the Prize, without liability to the Winner. No payment or cost is required to discover whether you have won or to claim the Prize. MPB will deliver the Prize by email within 5 days of the Winner’s claim.
7. The Winner is solely responsible for all use made of the Prize. Except as expressly provided in these terms, no representations, warranties, conditions or other terms are made, given or accepted by us and no other terms shall apply, as between us and any person, in relation to the Prize, including without limitation any terms as to suitability, reliability, satisfactory quality or fitness for purpose, or any other implied terms, all of which we exclude to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. The Prize is non‑transferable, non-negotiable, non‑exchangeable, not permitted to be sold or resold, or offered for sale by the Winner, and no cash alternative is available, except that MPB may, at its discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value where circumstances outside its control make this necessary. The Prize cannot be replaced or refunded in the event of loss or missed opportunity.
9. The Prize is redeemable only on the MPB website that serves the Winner’s eligible country of residence and is subject to MPB’s general terms and conditions.
10. MPB may publish or make available on request the Winner’s name, location and winning entry to evidence that a valid award took place. The Winner may object to publication or request that the amount of information published is reduced. If a Winner objects, MPB will still provide the Winner’s details to competent authorities (including the Advertising Standards Authority) on request.
11. MPB may request the Winner’s consent (separately from entry) for additional publicity (for example, posts on our website(s), social media channels and references in our promotional emails and literature). Such publicity is optional and not a condition of entry or of receiving the Prize.
12. MPB will process personal data supplied in connection with this promotion to administer the prize draw and as set out in our privacy policy and in accordance with applicable data protection law.
13. MPB will only send you electronic marketing if you opt in to our MPB Newsletter & Marketing. Opt-in is optional and not a condition of entry. You may withdraw consent at any time.
14. General
14.1. MPB reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to verify eligibility and disqualify entries that breach these terms, tamper or attempt to tamper with the entry process for, or the operation of, the Competition, or act contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
14.2. MPB will run the promotion fairly and responsibly. Where unavoidable circumstances beyond MPB’s control make it necessary to change the dates, suspend or amend the promotion, MPB may do so provided that entrants are not unfairly disadvantaged.
14.3. Without prejudice to an entrant’s statutory rights and to the fullest extent permitted by law, MPB is not liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death arising from or in connection with taking up or using a Prize. MPB is not responsible for any entries that are delayed, lost, misdirected or incomplete, technical faults or failures of data networks, computer systems, servers, providers or software, any failure of emails or entries to be received due to technical problems, internet or telephone-line traffic, website issues, including any injury or damage to any computer or mobile device arising from participation in the Competition, or any loss that is not foreseeable and caused by a third party. Nothing in these terms limits MPB’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
14.4. The Winner is solely responsible for the payment of any applicable tax in relation to the Prize and for any costs associated with the Prize or its use, including without limitation the cost of complying with any requirements of applicable law.
14.5. Our offering of a particular Prize implies no affiliation on our part with or sponsorship or endorsement of the relevant third party manufacturer, supplier, provider or organiser.
14.6. Where, in relation to the Prize, we make use of any third party name or trade mark, these are proprietary to the relevant third party. No licence, affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement is claimed or should be inferred from the use of these names or trade marks or the use of any photograph of the Prize. Any photograph used to promote the Prize is for illustrative purposes only and the actual Prize may differ from the item shown in the photograph, including without limitation as to make, model, specification, colour, finish, packaging and other features.
14.7. These terms are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Entrants may also benefit from mandatory local consumer protections.
14.8. If you are selected as a Winner, you can object to Winner publications by replying directly to the MPB representative who contacts you.
MPB Partnering with The Societies | Prize Draw Competition Terms
Promoter. The promoter of this prize draw competition ("Competition") is MPB Europe Limited (“MPB, we, us and our”). We are a limited company, registered in England. Our registered company number is 06510353, and our registered office is at 64 Ship Street, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 1AE.
Promotion description. There will be two (2) Prize winners (the “Winners”). Each Winner will receive one (1) £300 MPB voucher (collectively, the “Prize”). UK residents’ winning voucher denomination will be GBP£ and redeemable on mpb.com/en-uk/ only. The Prize expires on 19 July 2026, at 23:59 (UK time).
Eligibility. The Competition is open to anyone aged 18 and over at the time of entry and resident in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) only. Only one (1) entry is allowed, per person. An entrant who attempts to submit more than one entry may be disqualified from the Competition. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. Officers, employees, agents and contractors of MPB, anyone professionally associated with this Competition, and members of the respective families of any of the foregoing are not eligible to participate in the Competition. Opening/closing dates & how to enter. To enter, complete your details on the MPB typeform by acting in accordance with these Terms. The opening date for entry is 00:01 (UK time) on Monday 17 November 2025 and the closing date is 23:59 (UK time) on Monday 19 January 2026. No purchase required. Entries received after this time and illegible entries will be discounted. We do not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries.
Selection of the Winner. After the Closing Date, the Winners will be selected at random from the entrants, using a computer process that produces a verifiably random result. The draw will take place 20 January 2026. MPB may also draw reserve entries to be used if an initial Winner is ineligible or fails to claim the Prize.
Notification and claim. The Winners will be notified by email within five (5) days of the draw and the Prize will be delivered in that notification email. MPB will make all reasonable attempts to contact the Winners by email. If, after reasonable attempts within fourteen (14) days of the draw, MPB is unable to deliver the Prize (for example, where the notification email bounces or a non‑working email address was supplied), or the Winner declines the Prize, MPB may award the Prize to a reserve drawn at the same time, re‑draw, or withdraw the Prize without liability to that Winner. No payment or cost is required to discover whether you have won or to claim the Prize.

MPB Partnering with The Photography & Video Show | Prize Draw Competition Terms
The promoter of this prize draw Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) is MPB Europe Limited (MPB, we, us and our). We are a limited company, registered in England. Our registered company number is 06510353, and our registered office is at 64 Ship Street, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 1AE.
By entering the Prize Draw, you will be deemed to accept these terms, together with all entry instructions, which form part of these terms.
The Prize Draw is open to anyone aged 18 and over and resident in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) only. You must provide us with your real name and a valid email address. Only one entry is allowed, per person. Officers, employees, agents and contractors of MPB, anyone professionally associated with this Prize Draw, and members of the respective families of any of the foregoing are not eligible to participate in the Prize Draw. No purchase is required.
There will be one (1) prize winner, chosen at random from the entrants. The prize consists of one (1) £100 voucher to spend at MPB (collectively, the “Prize”). United Kingdom residents’ winning voucher denomination will be GBP£ and redeemable on mpb.com/en-uk/ only. The voucher expires on 16th July 2025 at 23:59 BST.
The opening date for entry is Friday 20th March 2026. The closing date for entry is 23:59 on Wednesday 15th April. Entries received after this time and illegible entries will be discounted. We do not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the internet.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who cheats or who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process for, or the operation of, the Competition, or whose conduct is in breach of these terms, contrary to the spirit of these terms or the intention of the Competition, or might, in our reasonable opinion, bring us, any of our affiliates or any of our or their respective brands into disrepute.
The first fully completed entry drawn at random will determine the Prize winner ("Winner"). The draw will be made by an MPB representative and will be drawn at random. The Winner will be notified by email by Wednesday 22nd April 2026.
The Winner's entitlement to the Prize is non-transferable.
The Prize is provided on an 'as is' basis and is non-negotiable.There is no cash alternative in whole or in part for the Prize. We reserve the right to award an alternative Prize (which may consist of one or more items) of equal or greater value.
We will make all reasonable attempts to contact the Winner via email, but if we do not receive a response to claim the Prize within 10 days of the Prize being won, we reserve the right to draw another Winner in place of the original Winner or to forfeit the Prize altogether, without liability to the Winner.
We reserve the right not to award the Prize or to seek the return of the Prize awarded in the event that the Winner is not entitled to receive it in accordance with applicable law (even though you are solely responsible for ensuring that you are entitled to receive the Prize if you win) or if we have cause to disqualify the Winner in accordance with section 6.

By participating in the Competition, you agree that, if you win, you will co-operate in all advertising, marketing and publicity material and activities we may, at our expense, produce or arrange and you will sign, if requested, an irrevocable release form allowing us, without any compensation being payable, to use your name, photograph, likeness, details of the country and/or city where you live, any comments made by or attributed to you, and to incorporate any such information in and any audio/visual recording or broadcast for such promotional purposes, in any media, throughout the world.
By participating in the Competition, each participant is providing us with his/her personal data. We will only process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
You agree that our decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the Competition.
We reserve the right, in exceptional circumstances, to vary, amend or withdraw the Competition on reasonable notice.
Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability to you for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that, by law, may not be limited or excluded. Subject to this, in no event shall we be liable to you for any loss, damage or disappointment suffered as a result of your entering (or inability to enter) the Competition or your acceptance or non-acceptance of the Prize if you win.
These terms and the Competition shall be governed by English law and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.

In the event of product returns, refunds will be given for cash used in the original purchase once the discount is applied, less any shipping costs charged on the original order. Trades with MPB
Promotion codes are only applicable to trades, which involve the sale of photo or video equipment to MPB in combination with the purchase of photo or video equipment from MPB, where the individual value of the sale meets the minimum transaction value specified in the promotion terms. MPB reserves the right to disallow the use of promotion codes for any trade that does not satisfy these conditions.

The 5% ‘MPB EDU | Students’ discount code will be applied to the highest-value item on the transaction. Any item returned will be refunded at the discounted price actually paid. In the event of product returns, refunds will be given for cash used in the original purchase once the discount is applied, less any shipping costs charged on the original order. Promotion codes are only valid for transactions placed online. Promotion codes are only valid on products as specified while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time.
