MPB Partnering with Panasonic | Promo Code Terms

1. Promoter and Collaboration. The additional £300 trade-in promotion (“Promotion”) is promoted by Panasonic UK, a branch of Panasonic Marketing Europe GmbH, whose registered address is Panasonic, Maxis 2, Western Road, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1RT, UK (“Panasonic”), and is run in collaboration with MPB Europe Limited, with Company number 06510353 and registered address at 64 Ship Street, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 1AE (“MPB”, “we”, and “our”).

2. Scope. Panasonic’s Promotion terms and conditions apply and govern qualifying purchase eligibility and the issuance of a unique Promotion code (“Unique Code”). By using and redeeming the Unique Code on the MPB platform (“MPB Platform”), you agree to be bound by these MPB Promotion code terms.

3. Claim Deadline. Unique Codes must be redeemed on the MPB platform by 23:59 on 11 March 2026 (“Claim Deadline”).

4. Eligibility and Claim Process.

   1. The Promotion is applicable to residents of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland), aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouse regardless of where they live) of MPB or Panasonic, its affiliated companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.

   2. Following a qualifying purchase and receiving a Unique Code from Panasonic in line with Panasonic’s Promotion terms and conditions, participants must apply their additional £300 promotional payment (“Boost”) by generating an MPB quote from the sell-or-trade page of the MPB Platform, selecting 'Do you have a Promo Code', entering their Unique Code and booking MPB’s free collection. Codes must be entered at the time of booking and cannot be added later.

   3. MPB may adjust the MPB quote if equipment received differs from the descriptions supplied in the MPB quote (for example, lower condition rating or missing accessories). Please see MPB’s General Terms and Conditions for more information on condition ratings and selling to MPB. After MPB’s inspection of the equipment, the final MPB quote value must be £300 or more to receive the Boost. 

   4. If the final MPB quote value is adjusted below £300, the Boost will not apply. Participants may choose to have their kit returned. If you still wish to claim the Boost on a subsequent transaction before the Claim Deadline, please contact MPB Customer Support at [email protected] to request a replacement code (subject to verification of your qualifying purchase). Any replacement code will be single-use, linked to the original qualifying purchase, and must be redeemed by the Claim Deadline. MPB may refuse or withdraw a replacement code where misuse is suspected. 

   5. Each Unique Code may only be used once and is valid up until the Claim Deadline. Any claims made after the Claim Deadline will be invalid. 

   6. All equipment sold to MPB must be genuine products. Products imported from outside the EEA or products which are counterfeit or infringe the intellectual property rights of the Panasonic group of Companies, or any other company or group of companies in any way will not qualify for this Promotion.

   7. MPB will not be held responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website or other failures or damage of any kind, to the extent that this prevents the participant from or otherwise obstructs the participant to enter in the Promotion. Claims made by telephone or email will not be accepted.

5. Privacy and Data Protection. MPB will process your personal data supplied in connection with this Promotion for the purposes of administering the Promotion and as set out in MPB’s Privacy Policy. We may share personal data with Panasonic to administer and report on the Promotion. We do not share your name, contact details or address with Panasonic for these purposes. All personal data collected will be processed in accordance with relevant and applicable data protection legislation and regulations (including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR)). Your personal data will be handled in accordance with MPB’s Privacy Policy and Panasonic’s Privacy Policy.

6. General Conditions.

   1. MPB reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all claims to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid or repetitive claims. Claims that do not meet these terms and conditions will be invalidated and MPB reserves the right to disqualify the participant making such a claim from this and other promotional activities.

   2. The Boost offered under this Promotion is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and there is no credit or product alternative available.

   3. MPB reserves the right to amend these Promotion code terms at any time and to amend or withdraw this Promotion at any time.  

   4. Only one Unique Code may be used on the MPB platform per qualifying purchase and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

   5. MPB’s General Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions with MPB and participants should check the position before participation.

   6. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law.

MPB Partnering with The Societies | Prize Draw Competition Terms

1. Promoter. The promoter of this prize draw competition ("Competition") is MPB Europe Limited (“MPB, we, us and our”). We are a limited company, registered in England. Our registered company number is 06510353, and our registered office is at 64 Ship Street, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 1AE.

2. Promotion description. There will be two (2) Prize winners (the “Winners”). Each Winner will receive one (1) £300 MPB voucher (collectively, the “Prize”). UK residents’ winning voucher denomination will be GBP£ and redeemable on mpb.com/en-uk/ only. The Prize expires on 19 July 2026, at 23:59 (UK time).

3. Eligibility. The Competition is open to anyone aged 18 and over at the time of entry and resident in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) only. Only one (1) entry is allowed, per person. An entrant who attempts to submit more than one entry may be disqualified from the Competition. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. Officers, employees, agents and contractors of MPB, anyone professionally associated with this Competition, and members of the respective families of any of the foregoing are not eligible to participate in the Competition. Internet access and a valid email address are required to enter.

4. Opening/closing dates & how to enter. To enter, complete your details on the MPB typeform by acting in accordance with these Terms. The opening date for entry is 00:01 (UK time) on Monday 17 November 2025 and the closing date is 23:59 (UK time) on Monday 19 January 2026. No purchase required. Entries received after this time and illegible entries will be discounted. We do not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries.

5. Selection of the Winner. After the Closing Date, the Winners will be selected at random from the entrants, using a computer process that produces a verifiably random result. The draw will take place 20 January 2026. MPB may also draw reserve entries to be used if an initial Winner is ineligible or fails to claim the Prize. 

6. Notification and claim. The Winners will be notified by email within five (5) days of the draw and the Prize will be delivered in that notification email. MPB will make all reasonable attempts to contact the Winners by email. If, after reasonable attempts within fourteen (14) days of the draw, MPB is unable to deliver the Prize (for example, where the notification email bounces or a non‑working email address was supplied), or the Winner declines the Prize, MPB may award the Prize to a reserve drawn at the same time, re‑draw, or withdraw the Prize without liability to that Winner. No payment or cost is required to discover whether you have won or to claim the Prize.

7. Prize fulfilment and conditions.

   1. The Winners are solely responsible for all use made of the Prize. Except as expressly provided in these terms, no representations, warranties, conditions or other terms are made, given or accepted by us and no other terms shall apply, as between us and any person, in relation to the Prize, including without limitation any terms as to suitably, reliability, satisfactory quality or fitness for purpose, or any other implied terms, all of which we exclude to the maximum extent permitted by law.

   2. The Prize is non‑transferable, non-negotiable, non‑exchangeable, not permitted to be sold or resold, or offered for sale by the Winner(s), and no cash alternative is available, except that MPB may, at its discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value where circumstances outside its control make this necessary. The Prize cannot be replaced or refunded in the event of loss or missed opportunity.

   3. The Prize is redeemable only on mpb.com/en‑uk/ and is subject to MPB’s General Terms and Conditions.

8. Publicity and Winner announcement.

   1. MPB may publish or make available on request the Winners’ name, location and winning entry to evidence that a valid award took place. The Winners may object to publication or request that the amount of information published is reduced. If a Winner objects, MPB will still provide the Winner’s details to competent authorities (including the Advertising Standards Authority) on request.

   2. MPB may request the Winners’ consent (separately from entry) for additional publicity (for example, posts on our website(s), social media channels and references in our promotional emails and literature). Such publicity is optional and not a condition of entry or of receiving the Prize.

9. Data protection.

   1. MPB will process personal data supplied in connection with this promotion to administer the prize draw and as set out in our Privacy Policy. Our lawful bases may include performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR (administering the draw in line with these Terms) and legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR (announcing the Winners as described above).

   2. MPB will only send you electronic marketing if you opt in to our MPB Newsletter & Marketing. Opt-in is optional and not a condition of entry. You may withdraw consent at any time.

10. General.

    1. MPB reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to verify eligibility and disqualify entries that breach these terms, tamper or attempt to tamper with the entry process for, or the operation of, the Competition, or act contrary to the spirit of the promotion. 

    2. MPB will run the promotion fairly and responsibly. Where unavoidable circumstances beyond MPB’s control make it necessary to change the dates, suspend or amend the promotion, MPB may do so provided that entrants are not unfairly disadvantaged.

    3. Without prejudice to an entrant’s statutory rights and to the fullest extent permitted by law, MPB is not liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death arising from or in connection with taking up or using a Prize. MPB is not responsible for any entries that are delayed, lost, misdirected or incomplete, technical faults or failures of data networks, computer systems, servers, providers or software, any failure of emails or entries to be received due to technical problems, internet or telephone-line traffic, website issues, including any injury or damage to any computer or mobile device arising from participation in the Competition, or any loss that is not foreseeable and caused by a third party. Nothing in these terms limits MPB’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. 

    4. The Winners are solely responsible for the payment of any applicable tax in relation to the Prize and for any costs associated with the Prize or its use, including without limitation the cost of complying with any requirements of applicable law.

    5. Our offering of a particular Prize implies no affiliation on our part with or sponsorship or endorsement of the relevant third party manufacturer, supplier, provider or organiser.

    6. Where, in relation to the Prize, we make use of any third party name or trade mark, these are proprietary to the relevant third party. No licence, affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement is claimed or should be inferred from the use of these names or trade marks or the use of any photograph of the Prize. Any photograph used to promote the Prize is for illustrative purposes only and the actual Prize may differ from the item shown in the photograph, including without limitation as to make, model, specification, colour, finish, packaging and other features.

    7. These terms are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Contact. If you are selected as a Winner, you can object to Winner publications by replying directly to the MPB representative who contacts you.
